I can't believe I'm still getting password reset notifications even though I told their customer service rep to disable my Origin account entirely.

  1. Yes of course, it was just really funny to see that URL and then read the text below it.

    It's significantly more frustrating that EA wont acknowledge that someone can bypass their two-factor authentication and reset account passwords without having access to the email inbox, though.

    I'm tired of trying to explain it to their customer service reps that just follow their "your account was hacked, so we'll just reset your password for the 10th time" script.
