Saw a tip on The Kitchn last week about baking pancake batter in muffin tins, so I decided to give it a try! I mixed some strawberries and maple syrup into the pancake batter, and baked at 350°F for 30 minutes. They turned out great!

I've been thinking about replaying Shenmue 1 and 2 on my Dreamcast for a while now. If this news is true, then I definitely will!

Considering that Shenmue's original budget was $47M (about $64M in 2012), I find it a little hard to believe Kickstarter alone could fund Shenmue 3. Still, this would be so awesome.

Behind the scenes of tonight's homework assignment: I've used GND filters in the past, but this was my first attempt at using colored filters. I stacked a graduated red filter and a graduated yellow filter to create a "sunset" kind of background. That's spaghetti in the windows, and the swing rope is dental floss! I'm much better at photography than arts and crafts 🙂
