An inbox that works for you This Post Has 6 Comments Michael Bond 22 Oct 2014 Does it have offline support? I would love to drop the "Offline Gmail" web app forever. Sam Steele 22 Oct 2014 The phone app seems to work fine offline, not sure about the web app as my iMac is always connected via ethernet and I'd rather not unplug it 😛 Michael Bond 22 Oct 2014 +Sam Steele Not even for science? 😛 On a related note, does it feature responsive design? Sam Steele 22 Oct 2014 The UI looks fine at various browser widths, the search bar in the middle disappears when the window is too thin Michael Bond 22 Oct 2014 +Sam Steele Thanks for the response! I just got an invite myself, so time to put it through its paces. Michael Bond 22 Oct 2014 +Sam Steele FYI, offline support seems to be mostly on-board! The only caveat is you can't actually open the app while offline, but it does continue to function if you suddenly lose your network. It seems to sync as soon as your connection is restored. Not sure what would happen if you did stuff, closed the page, and re-opened yet. Comments are closed.
