Just realized the Trac-based sites I had set up for some of my old projects are so full of spam that I really have no choice but to delete them and start over. Thanks, spammers. I guess I'll migrate the svn repositories and wikis over to github at some point, but in the meantime I've disabled all non-admin access to my old Trac-based sites.
