Looks like Bubble Bobble Revolution for the DS was released with a serious bug: the boss for level 30 never appears. I’ve noticed a similar bug in the wifi multiplayer mode, a lot of the multiplayer levels wouldn’t spawn any enemies. Good job codemasters! I guess I’ll have to wait 8 – 10 weeks for a replacement cartridge, though I haven’t managed to get past the first boss yet anyway, the new age version of the game is hard! At least there’s the classic version to play in the meantime.
cool, you can post to LJ using sms. Not as useful as mms though.
I tried to take some photos over the weekend with regular alkanline batteries and none of the ones I had around had enough charge left to power the camera for more than 1 picture. I tried about 10 old AAs I had laying around and none of them worked. So I finally got around to buying some rechargable AA batteries and a charger. Finally I don’t have to worry about buying more batteries when my mouse, keyboard, camera, soldering iron, R/C controller, etc. run low.
The batteries that were in my Gameboy Color were so old they still have testers on the side! Any ideas why the stopped putting those on?
[Adult Swim] had a pretty funny bump last night:

My cat has a new favorite spot: laying between the keyboard and monitor on my desk.
I’ve added my StepMania Online stats to the About Me page. Now everyone can see how much I suck at StepMania.
Photos from Biloxi, MS have been uploaded to flickr. The opening of the Grand Biloxi Casino went pretty smoothly.
Most of the pictures are shot from the van during our commute to / from the casino which is why they are so blurry. There are several other things I wanted to get pictures of but didn’t have the chance: One of the balconys near the top of a destroyed apartment complex had “MOM WERE OK” spraypainted in blue. Also, the fence of a house had “We are home! We will SHOOT!” spraypainted on the fence to deter looters. Outside of work things went pretty well. We all went out for hibachi at Yuki’s Japanese Restaurant, and I sang karaoke at Michael’s nightclub.
